Your use of my website and products constitutes your full acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, you should not use my website or purchase, download, or use any of my products.

 Intellectual Property

The intellectual property and copyright contained in my website and products therein are and shall at all times remain my sole and exclusive property. You agree that under no circumstances, whether the product has been modified or not, shall you have or attempt to claim ownership of any intellectual property rights or copyright in the product.

No part of my website content and physical and digital products may be copied, published, shared, or reprinted in any form.

License and Use

When you purchase one of my physical or digital products, you agree that under no circumstances shall you use, or permit to be used, any product other than for personal use. For the avoidance of doubt, you shall not copy, resell, sublicense, rent out, share, or otherwise distribute any of my products, whether modified or not, to any third party. You agree not to use any of my products in a way that might be detrimental to me or damage my reputation.

No Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Slipcover Maker does not offer Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds of any kind on any of the printed guides, booklets, and digital products offered.

Printed Guides and Booklets: Due to the nature of my spiral-bound paper guides, which can be folded, creased, show fingerprints, and invite personal note keeping, I opt not to accept returns or exchanges. I don’t want to sell the next customer a used guide. Even if a new guide is just flipped through, I consider it used.

Digital Products: Once a digital product has been purchased by you, no right of cancellation or refund exists under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 due to the electronic nature of my products. You agree that, under no circumstances whatsoever, shall you initiate any chargebacks through your payment provider. You agree that any payments you make for any of my digital products are final and may not be charged back. I reserve the right to alter any of my prices from time to time.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and me for the supply of downloadable digital products, and shall supersede any prior agreements whether made in writing, orally, implied or otherwise.
