Custom Canvas Slipcover for Wingback Chair

Wingback chairs never go out of style. But upholstery color and patterns do.  A versatile, neutral color slipcover can fix that!

For this custom-fit cover, my customer chose Carr Go Canvas in color Natural. It’s an 8 oz. cotton fabric that makes a light to medium weight slipcover and is dressier than utility canvas. Works best for pieces that get moderate use.

To create a smooth, tailored fit over the curved top (between the wings) I inserted a narrow panel. It bridges the front to the back without gathers or tucks.
