Chic Black Denim Slipcover

A chic little black slipcover does wonders for this outdated chair. The fabric: 14 oz. black yarn dyed denim. Black is woven with white, which gives the color a two-tone effect like black jeans.

My customer found this 67″ wide cotton denim online for a steal. Washed up nicely, not too stiff.

No welt cord. I edge stitched the seams to reinforce and add a simple finishing touch. Corner pleats and deep tuck ins at the deck allow the slipcover to go on and off easily without a back corner zipper.
